Missing video after importing MOV

Question

I imported an MOV into DVD Studio Pro, but only the audio shows up for assets. Does anyone know why this is and how I can fix it?

The .mov suffix only tells us that the video is compatible with QuickTime Player.

What codec does it use?

Press command and i keys in QT Player to find out.

and a much better workflow is to use Compressor to create the m2v (video) and ac3 (audio) files that DVDSP can work with directly.
